Hello. Definitely, the fillers like the juvederm etc can be used for the cleft chin to be filled up. It usually stays for 3-6 months. But the type of filling and the volume required will decide the cost of the procedure. This can be discussed on consultation and examination.

Hello, Dermal fillers are of various type though there are some permanent fillers its not safe and not many use it. Fillers most commonly contain hyaluronic acid and lasts 9mo to a year and needs to be repeated. Cost varies between clinics as there are various products from chinese to FDA approved US based. Cost may vary from 15-35 thousand per ml of filler. Alternatively Fat fill is a better and cheaper option as it is long lasting and sometimes permanent. Consult me in private with pictures.

Hi, how are you? I have gone through your complaint. The best solution for cleft lip and cleft palate is surgery only. Do not think about post operative minor drawbacks. It will be better to have operation get done by expert plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

Hello lybrate-user. Posterior placenta suggest the position of placenta which is not common. But if you take good care there should not be a complication.
Also the cleft lip issue. Is not a major problem. But it will be surgically corrected after the delivery.
The baby will have a scar mark through out his life.
But if the surgeon is good then it can be reduced to minimum.
Also you can take homoeopathic treatment for otherwise healthy delivery and then life.
