Patients fat can also be used as a permanent filler. And are better than Permanent Synthetic filler. We have to assess the skin laxity and pockets of fat deposits and then decide the type and quantity of filler required. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc.

Hello, Dermal fillers are of various type though there are some permanent fillers its not safe and not many use it. Fillers most commonly contain hyaluronic acid and lasts 9mo to a year and needs to be repeated. Cost varies between clinics as there are various products from chinese to FDA approved US based. Cost may vary from 15-35 thousand per ml of filler. Alternatively, Fat fill is a better and cheaper option as it is long lasting and sometimes permanent. Consult me in private with pictures.
