2. When you plan to for pregnancy gett combined opinion of obstetrician, an md medicine and psychiatrist regarding medications and complications regarding childbirth.

Ssris are the best available drug and you can start low dose of ssri and gradually titrate to reduce dose dependent side effects. Sexual side effects are not so common as you think. It occurs in 1-2 patients out of 10. So, there is a bright chance you might not have major side effects. You got to take this small risk considering risk and benifit ratio. You seem to be on multiple antidepressants, which would have led to this stage due to resistant symptoms, poor symptom control, etc. The medications do have the propensity to cause weight gain, so you need to discuss with your treating psychiatrist on how to manage the same. Good luck.

You can't stop medicines on your own. You need to consult your attending physician for the same. In the meanwhile do this
try to relax
exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family.
Laugh. Massage.
Eat a healthy diet.
Pursue one hubby walk in nature meditation.

You are into an anger-related depression and need the assistance of a counselor too. This I am sure you have not tried and that is why there is so much trouble coming out of the depression. So find a good counselor and work with that person along with the medication you are taking. A lot of your symptoms are either induced by the depression or is a part of the disorder. Besides this, eat healthy and nutritious food, be hydrated, take proper sleep, do some workout, etc.
