it is unfortunate that you got addicted to termin. It is good that you have decided to get out of it. You have to keep your motivational level high for the next 12 weeks using all the help available to you. You can get admitted to a deaddiction and rehab centre.
You can visit an addiction specialist/psychiatrist regularly for motivational enhancement therapy - weekly for 12 weeks at least. You can seek help for withdrawal symptoms also. It has to be done gradually. You...more

No ,i don't think its mono because there is a concept of incubation period which you are completely missing out .mono has a an incubation period of 4-6 weeks ,which means even if you contract mononucleosis it takes 4-6 weeks for the symptoms to appear not just oneday. All you might be suffering from is common flu beacuse of the winter season.

What are the symptoms. You need to tell that. If you mean mononucleosis then may be you r confusing it with flu. And if stomach pain is prominent then you might be confusing it with acidity/ gas. So I need to know the case in detail Do this

Early Morning (6: 30 am - 7: 00 am) - a glass of warm water + 1/2 lemon juice + pinch of salt; walk for 30 minutes.
Breakfast (8: 00 am - 9: 00 am) - 1 cup milk/tea, with fruit, oats with milk/namkeen oats, veg. Dalia, veg. Upma, veg. Poha, veg. Sandwich
Mid-Morning (11: 30 am) - fruit/sprouts
Lunch (1: 00 pm - 2: 00 pm) - 2 chapattis with vegetable, salad, dal/curd/idli + sambhar (alternatively, if you want to have 1 bowl rice, have it with 1 katori rajma/kadhi/dal/chhole + salad)more
