The purpose of taking medication on a full stomach is to prevent acidity or nausea. As long as you take a good meal you can take the medication immediately after the meal preferably while the food is still in your stomach so within two hrs is okay. Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.

If she is allergic to any vaccines taken in the past, she should absolutely avoid the vaccine. With these allergies she can go ahead. Hello dear, you have diagnosed with vkc or allergic conjunctivitis. So, you have to take care of some precipitating factors like hot & dusty environment, avoid driving bike, ac temperature should not be below 24. Your doc would have prescribed antibiotics for the infection at the local site but as we are not sure whether infection is there or not now better not to take antibiotics blindly
