Asked for male, 30 years old from Mumbai

I am sexually active male. Though I visit csw but I never had any penetration with them or any kind of oral sex. Just body rubbing and little kissing and hand job. From last three months I am experiencing irritation on my penile tip. I went to urologist and done cbc, urine, diabetes, vdrl, ultrasound test of testicles also. Reports were normal. Doctor gave me doxycycline and chymoral forte for 10 days, but still irritation is there. It is mostly after urination and ejaculation or masturbation. No visible lessons or bumps on penile tip. But upper half portion of penile tip looks irritated. Please help me doctor m afraid of sex. I also avoiding getting married. Please help me. What is causing this.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, As you have been administered Doxy the bacterial infection should have healed provided the dosage was right! You can send me pics of the region Probably it might be some sort of fungal infection or dryness owing to soap usage etc. As you have been exposing yourself to CSWs fungal infection too should be ruled out. This month on holi 21st march I got severely injured in my spine as I fell down from stairs on my back side. I am having internal clotting, bloods in my ribs and soft tissues tear. On 26th my periods came but I experienced very less pain and almost less bleeding. But I used pad because it was blood that was not that less to wipe by own. I had bleeding extremely less but everyday like on the second day third day and now on 29th I am having brown discharge as I always experience. Do this injury have to do with this anything? Periods are affected by this or any other reasons. I was taking medicines like. Etoshine 90 mg -chymoral forte -nlyoril 8 mg. Please help can these affect my menses?

I am female 25 yrs. I am facing high fever at night, followed by headache, nausea and body pain since 5 days. It all started with throat infection and fever, niw my throat seems well after consuming crocin advance (3 times * 2 days), advent 625 (2 times * 5 days), stopped crocin and started chymoral forte after consulting physician (2 times * 3 days). Hello, I am taking treatment for conceiving. Dr. Suggested me following tablets; tab rimactazid (empty stomach in morning) tab liv 52 (after breakfast and before dinner) tab chymoral forte (after lunch and dinner with milk) tab ovacare (after lunch and dinner with water) chemist provided me alternative tab of rimactazid which is rifa i-6, he said both are same. I search out for rifa i-6, which is for tuberculosis. Pl help me, I already skipped my 3 days dose due to confusion of rifa i-6.

I was riding a bicycle on 8th may 2019 between 10.00 am to 12.00 p.m. After riding for seven km approximately I felt nausea and committed on the road. On vomiting when trying to get up I understood that I was about to faint but could not control it and fainted. After sometime I regained conscious, however I noticed that I had a deep cut on my forehead which was bleeding. I also felt pain in my neck and upper back. I went to a local doctor who prescribed the following medicine 1.diclofenac 2. Chymoral forte 3.cefpodoxime proxetil tablets. Initially and opav cv 200 tablets later. 1.is the course of treatment in line since I am suffering from hyperacidity and sweating and uneasiness. 2.also i find that I am suddenly awakened from middle if sleep and feel a lot of uneasiness and turmoil. 3.reason for fainting.

However I felt as if it is a nerve problem. I got my x ray done for knees and it was normal. I also met orthopedic Dr. He gave medicines neugaba m 75, chymoral forte, durapain, nuxocia specifically. I have taken this medicines for 20 days. I also keep hot water bag for 20 minutes. But moment I stop pain killer pain relapses. It shows improvement up to 80%. But pain is not completely cured. Please guide and advise.

the cause of knee pain may be because of intra articular or extra articular problem.
X-rays can be normal but still you can have pain from so many other structures around the knee.

My leg was burnt 4 week ago from the silencer of bike and it is 2nd degree 2x3 inches burn, I showed the Dr. and he prescribed augmentin 625, chymoral forte, signoflam for 7 days and I got dressing with antibiotic ointment in the hospital regularly, after that I showed general surgeon and he prescribed macpod cv 200 and signoflam for 5 days and I took it and I am dressing with meganano gel and cause bandage twice a day after cleaning the wound with water n soap as per the Dr. suggestions, but wound is not healing properly as I expected it is just 25% recovery, now I am worried about it what should I do.

I feel pain even after 1 week of injury so I visited ent doc he just observed nd prescribed chymoral ,dest m for a week ,n asked me to come back only if it hurts after a week. My injury was exactly on right side of the nasal bridge. My pain is getting reduced but when I touch my injured part there is a small cracking sound (similar to the sound of hair rubbed between fingers. What could be reason for that sound? Is it okay to leave it if there is no pain or should I consult the doc for this? Pls help.
