Asked for male, 28 years old from Bangalore

She is 76. Have a lump in breast. Cytopathology Reports says cellular cytosmere shows tumor cell arranged in multilayered cluster, papilloriod fronds and multilayered sheets. These shell show high n/c ratio nuclear pleomisphism, irregular nuclear chromatin. Tumor are intermingled with stromal fragments. Invasive ductile carcinoma of breast. And ultrasound report says irregular solid hypoechic mass lesion in left upper lateral quadrant and periareiolar region in 10' clock position to the nipple A/W area of necrosis-neoplasm. Few enlarged left axillary lymph nodes- metastasis. She is a heart patient and is taking medicine for diabetes. Right now her fasting sugar level is 99. Please suggest wat to be done. And where. She is at rourkela odisha right now.

I've been placed 3 unit cobalt chromium pfm dental bridge in upper right side. The abutment tooths containing first molar which was previously restored with composite resin filling (deep filling). After preparing the tooths doctor placed temporary crowns in that place. That time also that molar tooth sensation was there. Doctor, said in absence of accurate margins it may happen. Now after placing the bridge with gic cement permanent on 20th april (last saturday), from last 1 week I feel painful sensation to that tooth always. When consuming any cold food it increases intensely. I've asked doctor he told me to do opg and examine the bridge thoroughly and said placement is perfect. He saying it may be the pulp got inflamed during tooth preparation. Take 2 flexon each day for 3 days. If sensation still there then need to do rct. Already I have spent inr23000. Now he is saying he will drill the bridge and do rct. The bridge integrity will remain intact. Please tell me this sensation is normal. What should I do now? Please suggest.

Histopathology: medium tissue biopsylab no: hl-4159-23nature of specimen: endometriosis nodule, biopsy. Clinical details: severe lower abdomen and leg pain. Usg: endometriosis nodule. Gross description: received multiple grey brown soft tissue pieces, aggregate measuring 4.0 x 3.0 x 2.0 cm. Blocks: 03 (etp) microscopic examination: section examined shows fibromuscular and adipose tissue infiltrated by a tumor arranged in cords, tubercular and few ill-formed glands. Tumor cells have a high n/c ratio, hyperchromasia, marked nuclear pleomorphism and scant, ill-defined cytoplasm. The surrounding stroma shows desmoplasia. Few proliferating blood vessels, plump proliferating fibroblasts and scattered chronic inflammatory cells are also noted. Impression: overall features are suggestive of a metastatic adenocarcinoma. Advise: ihc for delineating the site of primary.

the biopsy is confirming cancer of endometrium which is secondary that has spread to endometrium. Ihc has been advised to find out the primary site. Consult an oncologist at the earliest for further line of treatment.

I had a scooter accident on 25th march 2018 and I was not able to stand properly on my left leg. It was only after a crape bandage was put around my left knee could I stand or walk. I had to take rest for two days and there was no inflammation or swelling and the pain also got subjugated. A few days after this there was pain in the inner side of my left knee bend and it spread to my feet a point just at the joint of little finger and ring finger at the inner side of my left feet. Consulted a doctor and a mri was taken and the impressions are: * degenerative tear in body of lateral meniscus oblique tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus joint effusion with effusion in sprapatellar bursa bone contusion in medial patellar facet and lateral femoral condyle - possibly reduced patellar dislocation. No high grade tears in patellofemoral ligament tricompartmental osteoarthritis. I have been under treatment since april and tried allopathic and ayurvedic treatments with no reduction of the pain and also I get numbness in my left leg from feet onwards and left lumbar down words within a minute or so of my standing on my legs, which continues for two/three minutes and start disappearing, but the numbness of the feet still persists till I sit down. Once I sit, the numbness goes. Can any of your doctors help me to get the right kind of treatment. Will homoeopathy would be of any help? I have taken paracetamol injection, neuron injections, pain killers and vitamin tabs. Now I am on vibralon plus - 1/day (methyl cobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, benffaliamine, inositol, folic acid, chromium and selenium tablets) & gabazen (gabapentin tab) -1 tab at night.
