As a rule diabetic medicine should not be taken by a normal person. Intake of Metformin by a normal person can result in low body sugar or even fainting. Kindly do not do such experiments with your body. If you want to reduce weight, then change your food habits and lifestyle. Your body is already stressed due to excess weight and now this unwanted medicine will create more problems instead of solving any. Please avoid such dangerous experiments.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when you have an enlarged prostate and you’re trying to decide what to do next.
Each person reacts in his own way to the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (bph), a common condition for men as they age.
If your symptoms don’t bother you much and you haven’t gotten any complications, you may choose to just keep a regular eye on things.
This means seeing a doctor once a year -- or sooner if your symptoms change.

Steps to better digestion
drink hot water and hot herbal teas for better digestion. Eat freshly cooked foods. Eat simply. Eat in a peaceful and relaxed environment. Eat fruit between meals, not with meals, and choose cooked fruit. Avoid overeating.
Sit still and relax a few minutes after eating.
If these simple self-help steps do not resolve your digestive problems, you should consider consulting both a physician and a nutritionist.

It is irritation of diaphragm and you may have to check up and decide on medication .Various agents have been reported to cure hiccups. Chlorpromazine appears to be the drug of choice. Haloperidol and metoclopramide have been used successfully. Several anticonvulsant agents (eg, phenytoin, valproic acid, and carbamazepine) have effectively treated intractable hiccups in typical anticonvulsant doses
