Cephalexin 500 MG Capsule Health Feed

My name is khushal and i'm 29 year old. I been suffering from nasal blockage problem (lots of mucus discharge from my nose and discharge mostly is thicker milkish white and its too thick and I can see my nose from inside and seen blockage my be due to inflammation or polyp. Right side of nose totally blocked). I have consulted with the allopathic treatment 2 year back and doctor asked me for a nasal surgery but I didn't want to go for surgery. Allopathic medicine I had taken till date which have me relief - cefalexin 500 mg bd - general cold medicine bd - methylprednisolone 4 mg bd these medicines gives me relief and when I stop taking then problem start occurring again. Now currently undergoing few homeopathy treatment but didn't get relief. Medicine taken till date mixture of:- lemna minor - teucrium - sanguinaria c - kali bichromicum - amm carb - hydrastis please provide best course. I'm fed up with the problem. Request pls suggest on homeopathy treatment.

Follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

Hello.
Lexcef contains cephalexin which is a cephalosporin and considered to be safe in pregnancy.
Instead of urikind sachet, I think it will be urikind km sachet which is again safe in pregnancy.
Don't worry, carry on with the treatment.

Give cephalexin powder in water 1gm per 50 birds for drinking. Use mercogyl plus in drinking water 1 gm per 50 birds. Repeat twice a day.
Stool test for coccidiosis. Urgent.

Yes they are relatively safe because we need to take them just for a short course.
However amoxycillin or cephlexin are better.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned do a clinical examination by your Doctor ENT and to confirm exact pathology do CBC with differential.Regarding medications, you can talk to your Doctor about antibiotics like cephalexin and for pain Paracetamol. Do warm saline gargle three times a day.
