BP medicines - pulse rate is on lower side , you are taking blood thinners also and a medicine to produce more urine to reduce load on heart due to congestive heart failure , plus you must be taking injection insulin for type 1 diabetes and a restricted diet. Take adequate amounts of potassium present in oranges , lemon , amla and drink more water and juices as allowed in your diet chart. Consult your treating doctor if need be.
