there are many reasons for pain in the legs, like knee arthritis, spinal degeneration or any local problem.
All the medications you mentioned are fine for hypertension and they are not related to pain in the legs.

Bp is height hot ir age. U have not mentioned why you suddenly stopped medicines. Is it because of some side effects. Start homeopathy. Also follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
