It's difficult to diagnose with the history provided, appears you have respiratory tract involvement. Any fever, cold, bodyache? May I know why you are taking aspirin/hep, any vascular history? If this is related to the same, then I would suggest you to consult nearby care asap. Tests that could help: routine blood (cbc), chest xray, clotting profile, d dimer & so on.
Advice: it would be better if you could visit nearby hospital for appropriate care.

Hi, your Platelet count is absolutely normal, but slightly on lower side of normal range(normal range is 1.5-4.5 laks/microlitre). It can be increased by just eating nutritious food. No need of MRI. In my opinion you are not at risk for developing blood clots, until and unless you are taking drugs that promote clotting. Hope this helps
