Omeprazole is not really useful in diarrhea.
Take sporolac tablets. Four tablets a day.
Also have lots of curd and butter milk. It'll be helpful for your diarrhea. If its associated with pain and abdominal cramps and if the stool is sticky with weakness and fever, take a course of tablet ofloxacin+ornidazole twice a day for three days.

You can eat ofloxacin the next week if dysentery occurs again. but need to be sure that dysentery is due to bacterial infection sensitive to the drug

It is better to use Tobramycin eye drops instead of Ofloxacin eye drops to prevent allergical reactions.

Injection (Sclerotherapy) is advised for 1st stage internal Piles not for Fissure. Regarding substitute for ofloxacin you should consult your treating doctor.
