Do not use betnovate C as it is not ment for such spots. Start using creams based of glycolic acid which helps in removing dark spots. Plus start using a good 50spf sunscreen plus add on a good moisturiser to. your routine. If your spots seems deep. You can visit a nearest doctor and get done some sessions of laser.

Dear lybrate-user, do not apply any steroid based face glowing cream without doctor consultations. If you use for long time your skin become sensitive. You can use kojic acid based cream on your face twice day for few months. Use good quality sunscreen regularly.

No. I advise you to stop allopathic treatment as it gives temporary results only with lots of side effects, it will recur once you stop medicines and homeopathic treatment cures it from roots without side effects. No chance of recurrence. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Hello-
no it isn't as the foreskin will become even more tight and rigid once you stop applying the steroid cream (betamethasone). However, ayurveda traditional medicine offers permanent treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
