Start tab. Septilin 2 tab. Twice a day for 2 weeks and then 1 tab. Twice a day for another 2 weeks. Avoid spicy and sour food. U can continue betadine mouth gargles.

it may be the symptoms of corona or ordinary viral infection, start with betadine gargling thrice daily along with drinking plenty of hot water will help as of now, rest and maintaining proper hygiene will help

Dear patient,
there are many steam inhalation machines are available in market. I will recommend to use machine for steam inhalation rather than taking it directly from stove.
Take steam inhalation 3-4 times daily at least for next 2 weeks.
Betadine 2% gargle mint 30 sec 4 times in a day for 2 weeks.
Let me know after 2 weeks if not relieved.
