M 35 & husband 38 of age. We got married before one n a half year. We were trying naturally to conceive but it didn't happen. Now we r going to treatment. All reports r normal for me n for him also. My gyno is telling that I don't have the capacity to produce egg in much quantity. So that m unable to conceive n Now we should have to go for egg donor. I just want to know that is there any treatment to increase the number of eggs. My AMH is 0.97 mg/ml. If any kind of pills or home remedies r there please help me. If any doctor from indore or Chennai can help us please tell .we will meet.

I have missed my period by 2 months last period was on 12th feb on 13th april I have done beta hcg blood test and result came 12.85 ng/ml m I pregnant. And why results is given in mg/ml it's should be miu/ml. I found that 1 ng=15miu so from thais calculation my result is 192.75 miul/ml please reply I miss very much confused. And also 3 month back I had laparotomy surgery for endo cyst. Doc told me conceiving chances is greatest in this 3 months. Please reply.

For last few days i'm having tightness feeling at frontal throat. Sometimes at lower portion feeling like band holding, sometimes at middle throat feeling the tightness. And mucus at back throat coming above to throat or between throat and nasal passage. No sneezing (rarely), coughing or fiver yet noticeably. I have hypothyroid. Tsh 5. I take thyronorm 50. I also used to take testoviron 250 mg/ml monthly but skipped for last 2 months. Can you please tell me why is this happening? The chocking tightness and something there in throat all the time? And mucus at back throat irritably all the time.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least twice a day
4. Warm salt water gargles three daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on

I was exposed in 27th of march with an escort and I only had unprotected oral sex (fellatio) for 1 min, this was my first ever sexual exposure. 3 days after exposure I was having tingling in the tip of the penis which lasted for around 15 to 20 days on 5th april I went to a gp and she recommended me to go for hsv 1&2dna pcr 10 days after exposure so I got tested on 9th of april and my reports came out negative, still I was experiencing tingling in the tip of the penis, after 30 days post exposure I went for std test (hiv 1&2 antibodies and p24 antigen, hcv, hsv 1&2 antibodies, syphilis rpr, chlamydia antibody test) all of them came out negative except chlamydia igm was 1.11 (which is equivocal nether positive nor negative) and igg was 0.37. 1 month post exposure. I showed my reports to my gp, she said I do not require a treatment as my my reports aren't positive for chlamydia nor negative but either way I opted for treatment and she gave me 1g azithral which I took on 2nd may, 10 days after taking azithromycin I was still experiencing symptoms and had mild pain in epididymis for 3 days so I went to a venereology doctor on 12th may and explained him what I mentioned above he gave me a 7 days course of antibiotics ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day, along with an anti allergy. After completing the course I was not having tingling issue but 18th of may I started to notice burning sensation in the tip of the penis mostly inside meatus. So I got tested again for chlamydia and my reports came out negative for both igg, igm antibody this test was 4 weeks after taking antibiotics. But still to this day i'm experiencing burning sensation in my penis meatus and it's not burning while urinating and my fluids intakes is absolutely fine I do take plenty of water etc. I searched it in the internet to diagnose my symptoms and I found out that hpv might cause burning sensation in penis. And that burning sensation isn't persistent, sometimes I have it like 2 hrs in a day, sometimes 2 days later for 10 mins within 12 hrs it's completely random. Can hpv cause burning sensation in my penis, I request you to please me out with my problem thank you.

As it is seasonal,it is more likely due allery to allergens. Get skin prick test/phadiatop allergy testing done to r/o allergy .Kindly take budamate 200 2puff twice/day with spacer with telekast f 1 tab/day during the season instead of using asthalin inhaler,as it s excessive use can effect your heart. Ashalin is for emergency use only.

I catch flue from anybody passing close to me. I breath through my mouth. What do I do to prevent frequent flue and today temp is 99. 8f.

I had used too much medicine with consultation with doctor like azithral, isort 20 mg, lnvolym 400bp, creams like clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, these are useful but when I stop this after 3 to 4 month pimple starts again. Now a days from last 4 months I am using safi its also effective. But little pimple with white pussy are still available. So please guide best something for pimple and scars also or small type of hole due to pimple.

Saafi is useless. Please stop it. Some people have more oiling skin and are prone to get acne. At your age, a complete hormonal checkup and ultrasound should be done to rule out pcos which is hormonal cause of acne. At the same time, treatment and most importantly maintence should be done. If I say I have weak eyes, and I will have to do treatment with specs. But I will have to wear it continuously. Similarly some people do get acne Kate in life, so this has to be treated.

my son (15 years, wt. 74 Kgs.) is suffering from high fever (102 t0 103 F) since yesterday morning with slight cough and pain in the back side of the head. Parcetamol 650 is being administered every 5 hours, but fever returns after 2 hours of the drug being administered. Commenced AZITHRAL 500 OD, since yesetrday night. fever is not subsiding. please advice.

After taking antibiotics such as clavam bid syrup or azithral xl with ambrodil s syrup and levocetirizine tablets she recovers. But it is frequent. Pl advice for permanent cure of it. It's true that some children are more prone to cough and cold and it's allergy what we call as perineal rhinitis but it is not infectious.In most of cases it goes off by 10 years age. Please donor use antibiotic commonly as it have no role in treatment.
