Rosuvastatin can certainly raise liver enzymes. It is a good medicine though for people with coronary artery disease and offers significant benefits. You can do periodic blood tests for liver enzymes for next 2 months or so, and every 2-3 months thereafter. You should take a combined decision with your cardiologist whether you should continue the drug or stop it.

They can be taken together. However, atorvastatin is not a medicine for high triglycerides. Instead of medicines, try diet for nafls and high triglycerides. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods, reduce these items in diet. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter vegetable etc which are low in glucose. For more information please discuss on phone. Best wishes.
