Though she is having satisfactory blood sugars, her blood pressure is high and she is having cardiac symptoms.
Breathlessness and chest pain which responded to nitroglycerin also suggest cardiac symptoms. Continue nitroglycerin till you consult cardiologist for complete cardiac evaluation such as ecg, echo and angiography (if suggested by your cardiologist)

Duolin is a reliver drug and should not be taken daily. Budecort 200 is very less dose and need addition of laba for good effect. Better get stepped up dose for asthma after consulting a resp. Phy. Get echo done to r/o col pulmonale which may be a cause for oedema. Nebicard though a selective drug and said to be not aggevating asthma, but better to avoid it or reduce its dose.

Hi, Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Your creatinine level is very high, with this your estimated GFR (glomerular filtration rate) has gone down to 24.6 ml /Sq Meter of body surface area. This suggests there is already a chronic kidney affection. Therefore, you need to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting below 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg and HbA1c% <7. As regards the reports I have no idea about those. Because I am answering your query for the first time. Thanks...more
