The pulse rate of 95 or 105 is not alarmingly high. In situations of intense fear or anxiety normal persons can also develop such pulse rates and palpitations. What this means is you need to consult your psychiatrist for the fear and anxiety.

It is not recommended that the patient continue the antipsychotic since it seems to be exacerbating the mood.
