Sugar will be broken down by the bacteria in your gut more quickly, which means that there's a greater gas release when the food is digested. If you want to reduce the gas produced by your body, cut back on the amount of sugar you eat. This includes fructose, lactose, and sorbitol.
You have to eat high fiber diet

The cause for your problem is not specifically known so treatment is directed towards soothing your pain first. Some recommended remedies you can use are capsaicin, mineral and vitamins (B, folate, zinc, and iron), and chewing sugar free gums containing sorbitol to stimulate saliva formation. Drink plenty of water all day long. If symptoms subsides in a week, it's good. If not, you can contact me personally.
THANK YOU.

home remedies for constipation Herbal tea or a cup of hot water with a little lemon juice (a natural laxative) or honey may stimulate your colon as well. Perhaps one of the most classic cures for constipation is prunes or prune juice. The fruit works as a natural laxative because it has high amounts of fiber, and contains sorbitol. ... Be careful though-too much and sorbitol can cause gas and make stool too soft.
