My cousin has ulcerative colitis and wanted to know if he has to control his diet. From the doctors he has consulted so far, one said to not drink too much milk? Is there anything else he'll need to control?

Avoid hot beverages like tea.. Coffee.. Hot milk etc... Take curd in plenty ..drink plenty of fluids daily
