You have issues with your cervical spine but I am concerned regarding your tremors part. Actually I would like to see:
1) a detailed neurological examination of both your upper and lower limbs including motor, sensory ex and evaluation of dtr of both upper and lower limbs
2) x ray cervical spine ( ap & lateral - flexion and extension)
3) mri cervical spine - images with reports I will also advise you to get in touch of a neu...more

No medicine is safe for all the persons taking it. We have to weigh the benefit vs safety.
Having said that, the diazepam is not very safe in the long run. It is NOT an antidepressant tablet. It is prescribed to reduce your anxiety and make your muscles to relax. Whereas fluoxetine is better if it has beneficial effects on you. Please discuss with your doctor.

Behaviour therapy, relaxation therapy, meditation, yoga wil help in these conditions. Take tab ciplar20 mg and valium 2.5 mg half an hour before trvellinv.
