Since how long fever was there and was it with shiverings or chills. How many days medication has been taken. I would suggest you to notice the temperature pattern and observe the urine and stool (laterine) if any complaints or not? Go for Syp. Bresol (Himalaya company) 1 spoon twice daily along with Tab. Septilin 1/2 tab two times daily for 5 days. Observe for 1-2 days If still fever is there go for a blood test.
Revert back for any assistance.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A persistent or recurrent fever may last or keep coming back for up to 14 days. A fever that lasts longer than normal may be serious even if it is only a slight fever. This is because a recurrent fever might be a sign of a more serious infection or health condition.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
