You are under cover of good medicine with good doctor. What you can add is. To know the cause of depression. First with psychological testing like TAT or Rorschach with the help of clinical psychologist.& then based on that add Psychotherapy. Dear lybrate-user, For the best suggestions if you do not improve then think of treatment with psychiatrist with antidepressant and anti anxiety with rtms therapy with counselling and psychotherapy or with ECT therapy if required. & if suicidal ideas then Ketamine therapy. Is the best. But do not worry. You will be alright.

Try to find the cause of depression with psychological testing with qualified clinical psychologist. For all those parameters.
