For general painful conditions you can take over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol or Disprin.
Nimesulide should not be used as it has been banned in many countries. 1. For adult nimesulide 200 mg twice daily + paracetamol 500 mg 4 times daily + becadexamin once daily for 7 days
For older child (son) use nimesulide 100 mg and paracetamol 250 mg
for 20 months old daughter
use nimesulide 50 mg and paracetamol 125 mg per 5 ml and give 5 ml
2. Get CBC (complete blood count done)
If TLS is less than 6000: viral
if TLC >10000: bacterial
If platelets below 75000: get admitted to hospital for supervision and platelet transfusion if count ...more

What is exact location of pain. When was cs done. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

It is your illusion rather than fact that your body temperature is very high as compared to others.
Core Body temperature (as measured by putting thermometer under tongue for 2 minutes or in arm pits for 5 minutes or by putting intra-rectally) lies in very narrow range around 98. 6F.
If you feel you have higher body temperature, first prove it by regular temperature recording every three hours for at least a week.
