The medical drug which is present in above brand is escitalopram which has not shown significant interaction with pregnancy and can be taken during pregnancy if advised by your psychiatrist as per your clinical condition. 5 mg and 10 mg are the strength of the medication and final dose will depend on your clinical status and response to the medication. Contact your psychiatrist for further discussion regarding dosage.

Alprazolam on a longer run is dangerous and causes serious side effects. It is good to switch to escitalopram and clonazepam, but some develop heaviness as you said. You can discuss with your psychiatrist and change to better medications, which control anxiety well without heavy head. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user Talk to your doctor before you take a vitamin supplement. Keep in mind, the role of B vitamins in depression isn't clear. If you have a vitamin deficiency, taking a supplement may help. But no supplement can replace proven depression treatments such as antidepressants and psychological counseling.
The best way to make sure you're getting enough B-12 and other vitamins is to eat a healthy diet that includes sources of essential nutrients. Vitamin B-12 is plentiful in animal pr...more

Anxiety is when these anxious feelings don't go away – when they're ongoing and happen without any particular reason or cause. It’s a serious condition that makes it hard to cope with daily life. Everyone feels anxious from time to time, but for someone experiencing anxiety, these feelings aren't easily controlled.
For the treatment go for counseling. You can take homeopathic medicine which has proven results in anxiety. These medicines are without any side-effects.
Regards.

You need to meet with a counselor and work with that person along with medication. In counseling you will learn a lot of skills, techniques, and tools to deal with daily problems. You will also learn how to deal with yoru emotions and by cbt you can prompt the brain to produce the same chemicals supplied by the medicines. For the trembling you can report this to your doctor and s/he will give you an alternative medicine to stop the trembling.

Actually, answer to your question is very difficult. You see, the people in drug development check many interaction of the drug with other substances; but, I seriously doubt they check interaction with lassi/buttermilk. As this is unknown, would suggest you to take the medicine with water, and savor the lassi/buttermilk later.

You have not given what you are being treated for.
From the medicines prescribed you could be suffering from depressive disorder or anxiety disorder or both together.
If that is so, your doctor may want you to continue taking it even beyond the time of recovery at least for 6 months. That could be a total of 9 months or an year of treatment.
However if you have a type of depression that recurs frequently and if the illness responds to the medication your doctor may want you continue...more
