Gas and bloating along with constipation which is not curing from ppi therapy is usually due to h pylori infection. Constant acid reflux due to h pylori can cause irritation to throat/nose/sinus as well. Insomnia can be due to multiple causes and we would require a proper consultation for finding out the cause. Sleeping pills like zolfresh only give temporary sleep. Does not cure the cause.
