Dont sleep at day time, dont take tea/cofee after last light, stop drinking water 2 hrs before sleep, have a comfortable bed and clothing and then you discontinue this medication gradually. take 1/2 tablets for 10 days and then stop. You will be surprised that you can get rid of it easily.

The reason might be due to many causes. Commonest here would be a stroke involving temporal lobe, leading to aphasic speech (irrelevant), which can be confirmed by a mri scan of the brain.
