Learn to delegate work: you would be able to judge who all and which resources in your environment can become an opportunity which you can use to get your work done. For eg. If you are finding office work too demanding and are unable to take out time for exercising everyday, then it's possible that you realise that there is some space in your office where you can put up a small personal gym and you can exercise there regularly. You couldalso delegate some of your work to a capable colleague, who is agreeable to help you at that time, because you have helped him sometime back when he was having a bad back. 4. Prioritise and organise: you would want to decide which of your activities are time wasters and which activities are important. This will save you time if you start giving less time to unproductive activities. Organising your day/week/month in advance will help you put work in place and see a pattern for doing activities which will be more productive for you. Successful people don't work hard. They just use their time and skills smartly. 5. Be flexible: when you are planning, be flexible in how you want to carry out certain activities. Some things which are not in your control for eg. Weather, may put a spoke in plan for the day. Be ready to make last minute changes. And do something else during that time so that time is not wasted. It's better to have an alternate plan in store usually. 6. Have faith and hope: trust yourself and others to carry out their jobs. Know each ones strengths and limitations. Be realistic in your expectations and do your best. Now leave it to god to do his magic. This is very important. If it has to happen, it will. If it didn't happen, then don't lose hope.
