My nephew, who is 9 months old, got hurt on his fore head by a tap. He has not been vaccinated with tetanus. Is it ok if he s not vaccinated with TT.

You should now get him vaccinated by triple or quadruple vaccine. Both these contain tetanus vaccine.

Hi Sir, Regarding influenza vaccine, is vaxigrip (split virion i.p.) and influvac (surface antigen i.p.) are same. Looks like both have different method, is it correct? If yes then which one is better. Also is it safe to change the vaccine from vaxigrip to influvac, and is it advisable?

Because of hepatitis b vaccination hepatitis results Will give false l negative, because after exposure with CSW I have taken first vaccination 10th day after that 2 vaccination @ 44th day second vaccination. On 75th day tested hbsag, hbeag, hbcab non reactive, hbsab value is 2.5.I have tested now 116 days hepatitis b non reactive. What should I do now? Please suggest me.

At 2 months you would have given only one dose of triple DPT Hib (painless )so you can easily continue with the whole cell pertussis or DwPT now. It will not disturb the schedule

Hello lybrate-user, infants take out some amount of milk after feeds normally. You have to make sure that you burp you child properly after each feed. Coming to the vaccine part, do not worry. Just give the next dose whenever its due.

since she has already taken both doses, she should be protected to a fair amount. However, the response to the firts dose would have been less.
Nothing to worry about. She needs to be careful as do the rest of us.
