Please Advise me can I take tranquil biochemic for anxiety along with my other allopathic medicines?

Anxiety is a thought disorder, which can be managed through thought and emotional management along with medications. This can target the dysfunctional thought process that you could be having which are the root cause of anxiety. Counselling for anxiety management can help you in the following way:
1. See your problem in smaller bits and pieces, analyse each bit and seek solutions for each separately. Be realistic: know your strengths and do what you can to the extent possible. Knowing your limitations is equally important, so that you don't overextend yourself and then feel inadequate /failure. Please Advise me can I take tranquil biochemic for anxiety along with my other allopathic medicines?

My body temperature 97.7-degree Fahrenheit. I am taking alprax.5 for reducing anxiety and to increase my hemoglobin I am taking iron supplements. Is everything normal?

I have used alprax 0.25 once daily as per my doctor's prescription for about 30/32 days. Is it considered as a long-term or short-term use? I am experiencing some withdrawal symptoms although I have stopped it 8 days back? How long it will continue?

I am facing anxiety without any reason and have been trying meditation, exercise and good sleep without any effect. I have to take alprax. 25 or it's half daily. Will it cause any health issues if taken regularly. I have been taking it since 2 months.

My age 64 years last twenty years taking alprax .5 mg daily hs. After some family loss I started taking it now feel somehow addicted. Now want to discontinue. Tried many times but could’t. Pls help.
