Take brahmi of Himalaya at night before going to sleep.

Dear user, you know you have anxiety but di you know what is the reason behind your anxiety. Medicine will give you temporary relief, when you will stop taking medicines the problem will appear again. Bcoz you are not working on the root cause of your problem. Avoid day time sleep. Have Morning and evening walk at least for half an hour each time. Avoid alcohol and smoking if having means. Avoid spicy food during nights. Have one cup of milk one hour before bed. Don't watch TV before bed. Try to reduce stress. It is not advisable to have medication for insomnia. Consult personally if needed with an appointment.
