Hello lybrate-user.
Following are some suggestions:-
Make yourself busy. Start working instead of worrying. If you're just sitting idle, you will just keep thinking of something or the other, continuously running your mind, which will make you suffer. The same time can be used for doing valuable things.
Sports and hobbies
Start taking part in outdoor sports and other activities like swimming, etc. Also if you have some hobbies go ahead and follow them.

Wearing females dress for sexual gratification is called transvestism. This is a type of sexual perversion if this occurs consistently leading to impairment in life. If this behavior is rare, once in a while, it can be ignored as falling under a deviance of normalcy, so do not worry. Consult a psychiatrist if you have further doubts. All the best.

Hello, If there is confirmed diabetes, then one has to take either oral drugs (antidiabetics) or Insulin injection or both depending upon the severity of the condition. Plus strict diet control, exercise and weight maintenance are essential. Unfortunately there are no really effective medicines in Ayurveda or homeopathy even though a lot of false claims are made. Thanks.

Dear user. I can understand. Condom alone is useful for prevention of pregnancy while having sex with a female. There is no necessity to take contraceptive pills if you wear condoms. But sometimes, so happens that either you suspect a leakage or a rupture of condom and get tensed. then pills may be used. Take care.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
