First and foremost, you need to get your itch jock treated properly by a doctors. Unless and until, fungal infection is not cleared properly, dark spots will persist. There is a need for hygiene practice also like changing inner garments two to three times a day. Keep all inner areas as dry as possible.

It is indeed disturbing. Please meet a dermatologist and rule out all the allergies. And once they're, please rule out other causes of urticaria. Taking Allegra will worsen your health and also develop withdrawal symptoms.

Dear lybrateuser,
-Yes, you can use Tablet Allegra, once a day but avoid the nasal spray as it can weaken the nasal mucosa & lead to infection instead do steam inhalation twice a day.
