I am allergic to wheat ,legume and yeast from last 3 years .From childhood I had allergy from dust and some fregnences .I was on Allegra and steroids often .Finally ,ayurved helped me I am out of Allegra but not able to have normal/staple food like wheat and legume .Can I help in homeopath for the same.
