Consult an oral maxillofacial surgeon, but as far of now you can apply piroxicam gel on the area on the face in front of the ears twice daily. Also do some moist heat fomenation over the jaws by putting towel in lukewarm water ,squeezing it and applying moist heat over the jaws.

Both have almost same combination and composition, but the quantity differs in syrup and drops.

I can't advise about the allopathic medicines much. But any NSAIDs should not be taken more than thrice a day if i am not wrong...
