None of these medicines is helpful for maximized focus & comprehensive efficiency for 2-3 hours. If you take adderal without clear cut indication for its use the side effects will be grave. If a normal person takes it the concentration will fly around and go haphazard.

Tremors that you mention are more a sign of anxiety and tension than a side effect of the medication. Inspiral may cause you to have this side effects among others if started at very high doses. I also think that you should give the medication some time to get over the side effects as they are usually only present for the first few days. If you continue to have trouble you can certainly contact us and we can guide you in the right direction.
Look forward to hearing from you. If you need help...more

I am having this weird headaches since april. It starts with extreme pressure on right jaw then moves to nose and behind eyes and then the head. Initially on one side of the entire face and head feels pressure then it moves to the other side. The pressure and pain is not constant, it’s more like an attack. It becomes difficult to open mouth or concentrate and I get into a brain fog. It comes few days every other week and is extreme for certain hours. Sometimes my right ear rings too. If I lie down I can feel that pressure and tension on back of my head too. I have had tmj problems due to clinching and bruxism since childhood. I also have adhd and consume 20 mg methylphenidate hydrochloride daily. I was very active before lockdown, basically a boxer and wrestler. This issue arose along with back ache.

Taking the psychiatric medications for two days will not have lasting effects on how your condition reacts. The fact that you were not made aware of the side effects or told that you might need to tolerate some adverse effects for a couple of days before things start looking up is the problem with the medications. I believe that your anxiety has many causes and that your problems are related to your not wanting to get treated for your problems with medications and your anxiety just rises if they...more

Dear Lybrate user
we would recommend you discuss the same with the psychiatrist. Psychiatrists can help in identifying whether to increase the dose or decrease it. Along with it, you have to make some lifestyle changes as well like adopting a physical exercise routine - gyming, yoga, cycling, etc. Consult a dietician for a healthy diet routine like avoiding too much sugar and carbs. Additionally to all these, you may try analyzing how this condition is affecting your life - relationship, wor...more
