What is last stage of mouth ulcer.
Mouth ulcer usally disappear within one week to 15 days. If they persist longer then you need to consult a dentist for investigation. Ulcer can happen because of poor oral hygiene, digestion problem like constipation, vitamin deficiency or any sharp tooth structure irritating oral mucosa. Apply metrogel over the sores. Drink plenty of water. Take zevit tabs once daily for 15 days. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and rinse your mouth after each meal.

Please follow the following in respect to your queries: 1. Clean your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result 3. Eat frit-vegetable. Mung dal and rice at night have dinner at 7.30. Pm and sleep at 10.00 pm.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you having obesity, grade 2, with 35.11 kgs/m2 bmi. This very high and can be troublesome. It is better to get tsh levels checked (thyroid assay), that will help in finding out if there is hypothyroidism. If uncontrolled hypothyroidism is present then weight gain is very common. It is better if you join a gym and do exercise under guidance, that will help. Plus a proper dietary intake has to be planned, giving calories based on your ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise. So first get thyroid testing done. Thanks for the question.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. This is a critical situation. You need both of to be happy. Parents asmwell as your family. For that you need to convince your wife. As a son, you are supposed to look after your parents in their old age. It becomes your duty. You have to categorically tell this to your wife. Use your authority and love to get her agree. You have to be stern in some of your actions. Your wife too should understand relationships. If you can't make her understand, I can do that. Family counselling is effective in such aspects. I suggest online family counselling for both of you. Take care.

Hi, soreness in muscle owing to excessive workout in gyms is common. I would advise you to relax and rest for a couple of days and not attempt any strenuous work outs till you feel better. Resume your exercises gradually without excessively straining/ stressing yourself. Do warm up with simple and light exercises before getting onto intensive ones. Should you have symptoms other than the ones mentioned, and ones that are debilitating and unbearable, do see a general physician in person for a clinical evaluation. Hope this helps.
