Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and not eat too slow. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself Following your regimen may seem incredibly difficult if you don’t believe that you will one day be able to transform your body. If you are not seeing any gains even after working so hard, work harder. Eat more, lift more and stay inspired.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

You have to follow dietetic regimen. No non-veg, milk products like paneer, curd etc, ice cream, bakery products, cold water, fatty and fried food items, and day time sleep. Consume lot of seasonal fruits except banana, drink warm water or plain water. Do regular exercises, morning walk regularly 1- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one tablet daily with water in morning in empty stomach 2-baggrys oat bran 10-15 gm (two to three tea spoon) twice daily with warm water or mixing in food item like, dal, butter milk, coconut water etc. 3- trifala churna powder 6-7 gm at bed time with warm water 4- multani mitti-fuller's earth 50 gm + besan aata 50 gm + lemon peel or orange peel powder 50 gm mix properly, take 5-10 gm prepare a paste and apply all over body before bath, keep for 30-45 minutes and later take bath, do every alternate day before treatment do lipid profile, kft, lft and record weight and again every month and report me.

There are other possibilities, but the most likely cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would recommend that you see a Physiotherapist, you can ice the wrists, and buy carpal tunnel splints for nighttime.

Your sleep is disturbed, stop worrying, take bath two times, have regular light exercise, avoid spicy and pungent diet, take fruits and fresh juices. Practice meditation, yoga and pranayam, cultivate positive thoughts, this will help in getting good sleep.

Body heat in indian ayurvedic system is said to be due to pitta dosha. Pitta or body heat is important for the proper functioning of metabolism. When there is too much pitta, it results in pitta dosha. To keep your body heat in control - 1. Avoid fried, spicy foods that can cause your normal body temperature to go up. Eat cool foods like cucumber, watermelon, buttermilk. 2. Drink plenty of cold water throughout the day. 3. Sabja (basil) seeds, soaked in water for some time and then added to milk with rosewater are effective in reducing body heat. 4. Yoga exercises, such as pranayama, suryanamaskar and trikonasana help in cooling the body. 5. Herbal teas made from coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and rosewater, improve metabolism. 6. You can wear clothes in light pastel colours for a cooling effect. Fabrics such as linen and cotton keep the body cool. 7. Reduce consumption of too much salt, oil and spices as they add heat to the body.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

At an age of 18 years and weight -57 kg, ht_ 5.8"(as mentioned by you, you first need to increase your weight atleast 10 kg and then start gym .Eat a balanced and healthy diet, go for regular jogs/ run for 30 min. And then may be after 2-3 yrs, you can do proper gym to get your desired body.
