Ric acids are the metabolic product of the body which is obtained from protein metabolism. In a healthy body, renal system filters the uric acid from the blood. Uric acid is a waste material of the body and excreted via urine.
Uric acids are readily soluble in the blood. When uric acid production is increased in the blood, then kidney filter blood and excess amount of uric acids are found in urine, which increases the level of uric acid level in urine.

Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male)
Some diets that are rich in purine end up causing an increased production of uric acid. In other cases, it may be due to a completely sedentary lifestyle. Less intake of water also may be to blame in some cases as water plays an important role in washing out the excess of the uric acid. Regular usage of some medicines also cause the uric acid levels to rise. Another important factor is being overweight as obese peopl...more

Normal uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dl (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dl (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. Also important to blood uric acid levels are purines. Most of the time, a high uric acid level occurs when your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid efficiently. Things that may cause this slow-down in the removal of uric acid include rich foods, being overweight, having diabetes, taking certain diuretics (sometimes called water pills) and drinking too much alcohol.more

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Grapes have the ability to reduce the acidity of uric acid. They also help remove the acid from your system, thus reducing the load on your kidneys. Owing to their high water content, grapes also induce frequent urination, which washes away the uric acid present in the body.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Uric acid is a naturally occurring waste product resulting from the breakdown of purines, crystalline compounds found in certain foods. Under normal conditions, uric acid dissolves in the blood, passes through the kidneys and is eliminated in the urine. If the diet is high in foods containing purine, or the kidneys are unable to eliminate excessive uric acid, high uric acid levels, known as hyperuricemia or gout, occur.
