    Foods containing high amounts of fibre such as wheat bran, beans, peas, pumpkin seeds, soya beans prevent the stool from becoming too hard or too liquid. Consuming fibre rich food is one of the effective home remedies to prevent anal itching as it reduces constipation which Is one of the major reasons for itching.

  8. Ghee:

    Ghee possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that help to prevent inflammation and itching. You can directly apply the ghee on the affected area.

  9. Yoghurt:

    Yoghurt is one of the probiotics which contains good bacteria and helps to fight against the infection. You can directly apply yoghurt to the affected area and rinse it after 25 minutes with the help of warm water.
