What should I do be fit. Because I go for regular walk, jog and do exercise regularly. So plzzz help me any how?

Eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hello doctor. I am becoming thin and unhealthy .I'm becoming skinny. My hands are becoming thin both upper arm, biceps and wrist. My skin and hair is also degrading as I'm getting darker and hair falls rapidly. I want to build my muscles ,make my hands wide and also want to gain back my actual skin and hair. Please help me. Give me a meal chart and proper ways to tackle the situation. Thank you.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

My leg muscles swell and pain a lot when ever I run hard and try to improve my stamina I am trying my best from 1.5 years, even after a long break, it starts again whenever I start running again.

It seems to be Compartment syndrome. Do you start suddenly? Have you tried gradual increase in workout? My advice would be to improve your stamina gradually with just 10% increase every week in workout. Do you have any coach? for example, If you can run 1km without any problem, then start with 1km for one week, then next week add 100 meters.... If you have already done this, then visit a sports injury specialist doctor.

Since you are young, it's advisable that you focus on eating right and exercising everyday. With regular practice the body will gain weight naturally. A healthy lifestyle should be the basis of any transformation. Avoid all bad habits. Eat only healthy food. Avoid outside food. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables everyday. You should also get good sleep so the body gets sufficient time to adjust and work efficiently and aid in the overall healthy growth. Keep the mind peaceful and pleasant by doing Yoga including pranayama and meditation.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.
