Thanks for your query. It will be our pleasure to help you. Weight gain should be achieved by Balanced diet, Work out and frequent meals. Try not to avoid any meal and have milk, Chicken, fish, Egg in more quantity. Try to do 20 minutes of exercise per day and have frequent meals in every 1.5 hours. Hello Sir/Madam, I am17 years 3 months of age. The monotonous journey of everyday from home-school-tution-home is making me weaker. Hardly I can do self study after returning home. It's becoming a great issue for me. I always become exhausted after my 8 hours of school. I couldn't give a proper attention in my tution classes which are after my school. I do some physical exercise at home only such as push-ups, crunch, squats, etc. It will be very good for me if you please prescribe me a medicine or any drinks so that I can remain active all the day. Don't rely on any artificial supplements, try the things like milk, Nuts, chicken, egg, pulses,fruits veggies from your kitchen. Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Hi ,to increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND 1.Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat egg, 3.Drink milk. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. 5.Use bigger plates. 6.Add cream to your food. 7.Take almonds 5-10 daily 8.Get quality sleep. 9.VIDEO consultation with us for whey protein and mass gainers.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, pulses, dals, nuts, dry fruits, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself. 10. Just adding supplement just because you started gym is useless. First improve diet and exercise only then you need to add supplement.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before you decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, pastas and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts and seeds. Try smoothies and shakes. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes made with milk and fresh or frozen fruit, and sprinkle in some ground flaxseed. In some cases, a liquid meal replacement may be recommended. Watch when you drink. Some people find that drinking fluids before meals blunts their appetite. In that case, it may be better to sip higher calorie beverages along with a meal or snack. For others, drinking 30 minutes after a meal, not with it, may work. Make every bite count. Snack on nuts, peanut butter, cheese, dried fruits and avocados. Have a bedtime snack, such as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or a wrap sandwich with avocado, sliced vegetables, and lean meat or cheese. Top it off. Add extras to your dishes for more calories — such as cheese in casseroles and scrambled eggs, and fat-free dried milk in soups and stews. Have an occasional treat. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of pie with ice cream is OK. But most treats should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Bran muffins, yogurt and granola bars are good choices. Exercise. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

It is better to provide a balanced diet through natural products instead of supplements. If a child does not like a particular food, try to cook / present in a different way. Try to be more creative and patient. If you keep forcing food to your child, then she will become more resistant to the idea of food. Proteins can be given through natural foods also, both veg and non veg. Go for natural foods instead of supplements.

You have to take appropriate quantity and quality of food along with physical exercise in order to gain weight. 500 extra calories a day = 1 extra pound gained per week. Rack your calories, get a caloric average for each day. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, healthy fats, and plenty of vegetables to help provide nutrients. Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds. .rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc. Will help you put on weight. You can also eat a lot of it to get your calorie goals. Track every one of your meals. Every calorie. Oncentrate on complex, compound exercises that recruit as many muscles as possible: bench press, overhead press, squats. You need to be getting at least 7 hours of sleep, but 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains.
