My height is 170cm and weight is 88 kgs. Any specific diet plan to lose weight. I want to lose at least 15kg so what should I do.

You can start having early and light dinner i. E. Your dinner should be before 8 pm. Have more fibre that means more fruits, vegetables, soup and salad. Try to cut down on cereals for dinner. Increase your water intake 8-10 glasses per day. Eat 5-6 small meals rather than 2-3 big meals. Have low fat milk. Avoid fat, sugar and alcohol.

Hi I am 25 years old married woman. After my pregnancy I gained my weight alot. I m 85 kg at that time. So my question is how I can reduce my weight. I cant do excercise due to operate in pregnancy.
