You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

I'm suffering from diabetes last 5 years and now using insulin humalog mix50 I want to know what can I do.

I'm suffering from diabetes last 5 years and now using insulin humalog mix50 I want to know what can I do.
If you are a type 1 patient you need to take insulin life long. Humalog 50/ 50 (lispro) is 12 hr insulin so you need to take it 2 times daily. 50/50 means 50 % covers your breakfast sugars and remaining 50 % controls sugar for next 12 hrs. If your breakfast and dinner is heavy then it suits you. You can do smbg charting with glucometer at home to check your sugar fluctuations. It will help to monitor your insulin dosage.

Dear,People who are underweight and do not have fat deposits on their body may not be getting enough calories to fuel their body. This could have a direct impact on all of their organs and may eventually lead to a variety of health problems. There are ways to get into the shape we desire and to gain weight fast. This would require understanding the reason for low weight and maintaining a diet for weight gain. In weight loss, the simple formula is to burn more calories than you consume, but to gain weight you have to also find out if there is something in your body that is preventing you from getting to the weight that you desire. Dear user probably you are developing central obesity all you need is to workout and have only 3 full meals a day and nothing in between. In a sense you need to take your full normal meal three times a day and do not consume a bit even any snacks apart from these this you need to follow for a month and also avoid cold drinks even cold water drinking.

I'm feel unhealthy over the last few days and I'm saying it because I feel that I'm not taking a fair enough diet (very less proteins, average fruits & vegetables). Currently I'm suffering from Sciatic nerve pain and I was advised to do Strengthening exercises. However, I'm really concerned about other lack of nutrients. Is there any Tests in specific that I can take to find out what nutrition should I take in particular to fulfill a balanced healthy diet?
