Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

One of the simplest home remedies 1. Take 1 glass hot milk 2. Add 2 tbsp ashwagandha powder, commonly available ayurvedic herb 3. Add 1 tsp clarified butter 4. Mix well 5. Drink twice every day 6. Do this for 1 month Causes: • Excessive physical activity • Skipping meals • Fasting • Emotional stress • Genetic factors • Hyper-active thyroid leading to frequent bowel movement • Inability to absorb food causing loss of fat this is very helpful.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Dear lybrateuser, -It is better to avoid alcohol if you do not take, as after starting it becomes a habit & the intake also keeps increasing -it adds only empty calories to the diet which can increase weight along with the snacks which one has, also increases body & blood fat which is harmful for the body .

What proportion of honey and lemon should be taken in one glass of warm water to reduce weight and for how much long should we continue. After starting this it won't become a habit Na as I travel outstation.

Do exercise. Eat small frequently. Do not skip meals. Use unrefined foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. No underground vegetables, banana etc. Use healthy fats small amount. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take stress free rest.

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice and honey along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach B) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep…D) do regularly SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes.

Hi reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Change your life style when you go to a program of weight loss.(1) do a exercise program. Can do yoga, plank, swimming (2) drink more water which helps in cellular activities. Helps in burning fat. Drink water before meals (2) take fewer calories you burn (3) reduce starchy carbs. Use whole grain like oats, cornflakes, bazra, wheat etc. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits.

Hello, first you need to give attention on the meals you are taking and the intervals between every meal. Ideally you should follow a 6 meal pattern covering healthy breakfast, mid morning meal, lunch, snacks & dinner. All food should be low in saturated fat, low sugar & high in fibre.

Kiwi should be given only in mashed form. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) Refined sugar consumption (2) Exercise and Hydration (3) Posture and sitting (4) How many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: Refined Sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: Get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: Improve posture and sitting habits If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: Stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ML of hard Liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

From the past 1 week, I was feeling body pains when I woke up. Some times they are very severe. After sometime from waking up the intensity of pain is reduced, but does not vanish completely. I don't know the reason for this sudden problem. I was worried about this yesterday when I suffered severe headache at night. I did not experience any sleeping problems. Thank you in advance. (as per ayurveda we should not boil honey) simmer 1 cup honey and 3 cup water together slowly. Allow 1 cup of the water to evaporate. Strain off the top surface, and put the remaining liquid into a stoneware crock or dark bottle. Put a towel over it so it can breathe, yet be free of dirt. Place in a cool place. You can add cinnamon, clove, or the juice of 2 lemons, if you like.

Yes, definitely it is possible to reduce weight. Take one dose of Lycopodium 30C and then take Cosmos 30C one dose daily. Drink warm water with lemon and honey added to it in morning empty stomach. And then do not eat or drink anything till next half hour. This burns the excess of fats of the body. And then do yoga or brisk walking. This will also help you a lot. All the best :) Take care :)
