Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc., which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. • Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed.

I'm suffering from dust Ellery last 10 years during sleep ing one of my nostril blocked. Difficulty in breathing. Due to this I am lazy all day. please suggest treatment.

I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required and whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night.

Dear User, Thanks for the query. For weight gain you need proper strategy which helps you to improve your digestion along with the weight gain. Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily take 1 tab mentat twice daily...with this qwath..do bhramri pranayam and anulom and vilom pranayam...daily.

Have cold problem more than 12 years. , many medicine but no relief found. Drop drop water comes from nose. I have energy from cold, dust. And heavy oily items. Homeopathic, alopathic, aryuvadik take medicine but no medicine and Dr. Give me long time solution. So please req. All of u, sir my age is only 30. Tk tb lergex and infex thrice a day for 2mnths and tb antivir and asthex twice a day for 2mnths. Of Dr. Vasishth pharmacy. Start chywanprash 1tsf twice a day with milk. All regularly for 2mnths and see the difference. Do pranayam daily.

You need to try different form of work out like yoga, jogging, squats etc. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

No, it is called blighted ovum syndrome, nature prepares a nest in the uterus but egg does not grow in it, reason hcg is just normal, in urine test becomes positive after blood levels of hcg exceed certain levels which has not happened in your case, hcg is in thousands at 2 months and keeps increasing as fetus grows, you should go for a d&c before infection sets in uterus. Your belly is coming out due to gastric reasons, not due to pregnancy.
