Hello, th spinal problem occurs bcoz of wrong sitting posture or wrong techniqe of workout. As you mention above you sit atleast hours then this prob is not shocking to u. So now wht you can do thats the point. You can do workout here. Go to gym or fitness centre. Do workout for your lower back. Do yoga for your lower back. Give it propoer stretching daily. An sleep on your chest for atleast 1 week. Hope, you get some relief. Thankyou.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Tips to lose weight faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Hi how can we increase our liver capacity and how can increase protein in our body to gain weight.
Take 'Organic India's LKC " 1 tab. mornig + 1 tab evening for 1 month. It will improve your Liver strength. Along this, avoid all those things that strains liver, like Alcohol, White flour products, Drugs, Processed foods etc. To increase muscle percentage of our body, Do simple exercise for 20 minutes ( like jogging, streaching) and after 30 minutes take some good protein source, like soaked seeds/ dry fruits, sprouts, cheese, Badam milk, Sprouts, Soya milk , eggs.

Doctor, . I'm 38years of age. I'm hair growth in my side logs, chin and on my throat area. i have my testosterone hormone test done. My thoroughly is slightly towards the higher side, my sugar fasting is 71. My insulin fasting is normal. My follicle stimulating hormone is higher. My testosterone is within range. Some hair are present on faces, legs, arms of women, it is made worse by threading and other unguarded techniques of beauty parlors. Your tests are normal. I suggest that get them removed for cosmetic reasons. Take care of your diet, sometimes, reducing the weight will help you.

My suggestion is get thyroid assay done, the results will help in diagnosis if there is hypothyroidism. The symptoms of hypothyroidism are: early fatigue, tired feeling, slow heart rate, intolerance to cold, weight gain, dry skin and dry hair, hair fall, irregular periods or excess flow, difficulty in speech, inability to concentrate etc.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. For loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 30-45 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, quit smoking or drinking if any, manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.
