Mid afternoon coconut water or dry fruits or lemon tea or vegetable soup. Dinner whole grain bread or chapatis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. For more details consult me privately.

Hi. Divide your meals into 5-6 meals a day (have small and frequent meals ). Replacing meals with protein shakes may help you reduce your daily calories, can help you to lose weight. But eventually you will need to start eating food again, which may cause excess weight to return if you don't choose wisely. And if you rely too heavily on protein shakes to replace regular meals, you'll miss out on the nutritional benefits of whole foods. Make lean meats and egg whites a source for your protein intake. Add colours in your diet such as fruits vegetables. Choose whole grains instead of refined. Sleeping immediately after a meal is not good. Bananas helps you to loose weight but make sure you eat fully ripened yellow bananas only.

I have always been fat with major cellulose over my thighs, hips and calfs I was asthmatic in childhood, thus may be the fat is because of it. I have been gaining since 2 years now, with which I am taking protein. I came down from 94 to 74, but now the weight has been stuck badly since 6 months. My trainers are recommending me to go for supplements to which I am not in favor of. I am in the limit of my diet as well. Can anyone suggest how to proceed so that I can come down 10 kgs more?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hello According to your height and weight your BMI is 22 which shown healthy weight. You need to manage your overall macros .get high protien and well balance meals. Avoid processed and oily unhealthy food. Most people eating 2 to 3 big meals a day. And then when you eat after six, seven hours your blood sugar spikes. When your blood sugar spikes that causes there to be excess insulin in your blood. When there is excess insulin in your blood your body stores fat more easily. The key isn’t to starve. Actually, that’s exactly what you don’t want to do. The Diet is a trademarked food plan that involves eating small portions of food every three hours throughout the day.

Hello, To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. Since her sugar levels are high (that means the diabetes is not well controlled by medicine / diet and exercise combined together!). It requires serious thought and review. Hello Mr. lybrate-user! Although your blood sugar levels are not alarmingly high, nevertheless high blood sugar levels do have their detrimental effects on the body. The oral cavity (mouth) is not saved either! High blood sugar levels bring down the immunity of the body and minor and small infections also escalate causing a lot of problems. I strongly suggest you to keep your blood sugar levels under control and meet good physician who can help you with that. Oral Health can be kept optimum by timely visits to your dentists and taking his/her recommendations seriously and putting them into practise. A good dentist will always tell you about best practises and tips and tricks about keeping a good oral hygiene. Do not ignore small decays and never ignore gum disease, as these are especially more common in diabetics. Regarding a good toothpaste. Well there is no such thing as the best tooth paste. Any tooth paste is always as good as your brushing habits and techniques. Although I would suggest you to keep away from tooth pastes which have any type of abrasives in it, as long term use of these can be detrimental to the tooth structure. There you go.
