Going for walk after dinner is good. Every type of movement helps you to be fit. Jogging is better than walking but not after a meal. You can do jogging in the evening or in the morning. That will help you to be fit.

1. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night to remain healthy 2. Sleep early and avoid late night if you have to get up early for going to college.

Hello, I am 23 years old. I am pursuing MBA course. I regularly go for jogging at 5 am. After that I sit for studying and after that I go to office everyday. But when I come from office I cannot sit for studying because I feel so much tired. But after 1 month my semester will be held. So what can I do for refreshment? Even when I get up in the morning I feel tired still.

If you lose about 50-100 strands of hair each day us common but if you loss more than 100 in a day then you r suffering from excessive hair. These r very common now a days because of hectic schedule and stress is very common. You take balance diet especially protein and vitamin rich diet use herbal shampoo or take some unani medicine which control your hair fall. Zulamala (hamdard) soak 3tsf zulamala in a cup of water for 2 hours. Massage on the scalp and rinse the hair with water after 5 min. Use zulamala atleast twice a week. Then I prescribed oil for hair roghan baiza murgh and roghan zarareeh (hamdard) massage this oil on the scalp on bed time.

Firstly understand that you have to eat the right foods when the body needs it. Avoiding eating right and at the needed times will only reduce your stamina. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Keep active. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a nutrient dense meal.
