Hi ! Tanuja,You are suffering from Adult Acne. These kind of pimples can leave black marks, if not treated properly and timely. You can start using Kroma WAsh face wash twice daily and see the improvement. You need to consult a Medical Cosmetologist for further treatment.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

If you have a family history of diabetes then you anyway need to screen your self esp of you show signs of low energy levels frequent hunger or thirst numbness of extremeties etc. Once you know if you have diabetes or not can we can work on a diet plan.

Cracked feet not only look unattractive but also cause a lot of discomfort. You can use lemon juice to reduce discomfort and enjoy soft feet. Its mild acidic property helps get rid of dead and dry skin cells.
1.Add ½ cup of lemon juice to a foot tub filled with warm water.
2.Soak your feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
3.Gently scrub your feet with a soft foot brush.
4.Wash, pat dry and apply some moisturizer on your feet before putting on a pair of socks.
5.Repeat 2 or 3 times a week.

My weight is 43 kg n my height is 163 cm n my age is 22 .according to my age weight is too less I want to gain weight quickly. From past five to six months my diet is: morning 7 am: 4 badam ,1 egg, two ghee roti and mostly panner sabzi or potato or ladiesfinger bhaji I eat dan by 10.30 or 11 I use to have dry fruits- cashewnut, grapes than by 1 again roti n spicy ,dan by 5.pm ome apple and by 7 some snacks like sandwich or wada or pizza and one glass of milk n nit rice n dal .bt still my weight is not gaining please suggest me diet plam which could easily help me putting weight .or els is ther any prblm in my body .after having this diet still my weight is same.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. People who say have no time for exercise will have to soon find time for illness. Morning wake up 30 min early than usual time. Walk for 20 min at least. Give some kind of work to the body. Keep sipping water,include veggies in every meal possible.Cut on sugar,refined foods and junk. When on phone walk and talk,use steps wherever possible. First make up your mind then definitely no one can stop from being fit and healthy

Your fasting and pp sugars are high. You need to take medicines for the same at the earliest. Stop all simple sugars or direct carbohydrates. Exercise in any form but regularly for about half hour at a time. You are still very young. So you should take control of diabetes as soon as possible.

Lack of sleep and disturbed sleep are two of the main reasons behind daytime sleepiness. Hence, setting a proper sleeping schedule is one of the best ways to prevent daytime drowsiness. Proper sleep will even help fight low energy, fatigue, depression and stress. Different people need different amounts of sleep to function well, however an average of 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep is enough to help your body function properly. To help enjoy sound sleep: •Maintain a sleep schedule that has a consistent bedtime and wake time. •Keep your bedroom completely dark to promote restful sleep. If needed, use shades or blinds to block out any exterior light. •Invest in a good quality mattress, comforter and pillows to improve your sleep quality. •Read a book or do some relaxing yoga stretches for about 20 minutes before going to bed. •Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed.

You should consult orthopedic surgeon if you have spinal infection. For loosing weight I tell you diet. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease extra fat on you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily
