I have pain on my knee join on foot and sever headache pliz suggest for immediate relief.
Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear lybrate user avoid prolonged sitting due to this you have this problem sit maximum continue 45 minutes to 1 hr, stretching exercise of spine, use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day use hard bed. Avoid forward bending heavy weight lifting. Jerks sit straight with back support.

My rectum swallow and pain sometime around rectum while seat. But no bleeding. Pain while go for stool. Stool is two color in one bowl moment half is dark brown and half is light color. And some time green color stool. I suffering from acid reflex symptoms is lump in throat after food and burping. No heart burn.

Hi Lybrate User, you are suffering from Fissure in Ano (Cut in anal canal). Take plenty of water and salads in diet. Take Syp. Cremaffin Plus 30 ml at night to make stool soft, Apply Ditigesic 0.2% ointment 3-4 times a day after passing stool. Report me after 5 days about the progress.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Continuous giddiness, bone pain, tiredness, no energy, body pain. Please suggest.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take it may have to be further investigated.

As per your height and weight, you do not show any sign of over weight. Your legs can pain also because of vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency. Do some weight training exercise for 3 days and cardio vascular for 3 days. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello, 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair. For bone pains take cal phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily.

It is osteoarthritis. Get x Rays of your knee in standing position AP view. Lateral view in sitting. You will need some medicines and exercises. You can choose one of my packages....

If you have any other neurological symptoms other than back pain - then I would suggest you to get an MRI of your spine.
