Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

type 2 is hereditory and presents late in life ,type 1 is autoimmune destruction of pancreas and presents early Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats and include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour .Add whole grain foods in your diet. Hello lybrate-user, I would strongly advice you against taking any fat burner. Every fat burner works by increasing catabolism which would push the blood pressure to serious high levels putting you at the risk of stroke, heart issues and other serious problems. You are young and should take a more holistic approach towards losing weight which would be safe and permanent. If medication is something you are looking forward too, cetilistat, one which decreases absorption of fat from your meals would be far safer choice for you. It's taken 60 mg twice a day. You may get it fron any big pharmacy in delhi or otherwise get it from mumbai. Again no fat burners. Regards

Its very obvious that when you don't eat food you will fell giddiness. Start having small meal patterns instead of 3 major meals break them to 6-7 minor meals if your really hating foods then start with some high calorie milk shakes eg: banana with nuts and milk or any other fruits, eat boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, prunes juice etc.

Hello Lybrate user, There are many reasons when we start eating more than normal. Sometimes we eat because of build up of anxiety, fear, inner tension, or stress. In this instance, overeating is almost like a panic attack. We start binge eating. Find ways to lower anxiety, inner tension, or intense energy. Sometimes we overeat to get over our disappointments. We look towards high fat or starchy foods- pizzas, ice creams, junk food. You may be staying hungry for long periods. Avoid this and have small frequent meals. Eat balanced meals. Eat a protein rich breakfast so you will feel full for a long period. Excess carbs make you feel hungrier. Avoid temptation. Listen to your body and focus on what you are eating. Don't compulsively overeat to get over your emotions. Don't eat while watching TV. Whenever you feel hungry first drink a glass of water. If you still feel hungry than have something nutritious.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Hi Lybrate User, Never give up on your health quest. If one method is not working try something else. Maybe your diet is not correct. Also maybe your workout is not designed for fat loss. Most gym trainers waste time on unnecessary exercises which don't help in weight loss. Out of 60 mins. .. 40 Mins should do Cardio 10 Mins Abs & Stretches 10 Mins Strength based. dumbells etc ... Cardio means... Treadmill @ Speed 8 or more / Cycling Speed 30+ / Skipping./ Aerobics .. Use Myfitnesspal App and use it to lose weight. You will be able to monitor your diet and exercise accurately. .. There are No supplements or medicines to lose weight.. You will end up wasting lots of money and time on such gimmicks. .. Proper diet + proper exercise is the only way forward.

For most people, a prolonged sexual act is one of the most pleasurable acts. However, though not might admit it, there could be multiple reasons due to which this might not be possible. In males especially, premature ejaculation is very common, which does not allow for a prolonged sexual experience. There are multiple causes for this, some physiological and some psychological.

Given the private nature of the topic, many would not admit to the issue in the first place. Even with the couple, many would be reluctant to discuss it. For many men, close friends might often be the only one who knows about it. Someone else who has had similar problems might suggest a solution. The Internet, given the privacy it offers, could be another forum for discussion and seeking solutions. So what happens is they end up trying solutions from either of these two sources. However, what is important to understand is that each person’s body is built and wired very differently. What worked for a friend or for another person in some other part of the world might not work for you too.

The first point of coping begins with acknowledging the problem. When the ejaculation happens soon after the penetration, well before the partner is satisfied, it is known as premature ejaculation. In some cases, there might not even be adequate stimulation. While it is a matter of self-esteem for the male, for the female it is often an unsatisfactory experience. Knowing some of the possible causes helps understand the problem and then work towards a solution. Some of the most common physiologic and psychologic causes are listed below.

• Performance anxiety: In many cases, especially when with a new partner, premature ejaculation is very common. However, gradually, with familiarity, this improves.

• The prolonged duration between sex episodes: If the person has not engaged in sex for quite a while, there are chances of premature ejaculation.

• Guilt: Past sexual experiences could lead to guilt, which also can cause premature ejaculation.

• Hormonal: Hormonal imbalances also can lead to an inability to sustain and/or maintain an erection.

Most men experience some degree of PE in their early years when they start off their sex lives, but this gradually improves with age, as they learn to control.

Coping with it begins with one round of diagnosis. If there is no serious underlying cause, then simple measures like relaxation techniques and quitting smoking can be used to control ejaculation.

Talking to the partner and easing out stress during the act also can go a long way.

If these do not help, seek counselling or behavioural therapy. You can definitely manage better performance with support of the partner and the counsellor. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

Gallstones are bits of solid material that may be formed in the gall bladder. The gallbladder is a little organ located under the liver. You won't not know you have them until they've block your bile duct, causing pain that will need immediate medical intervention, and even hospitalisation in some cases.They may comprise of cholesterol, salt, or bilirubin, which consists of red platelets. Gallstones vary in size. They can be as little as a grain of sand or as even the size of an apricot in many cases.

Women are more likely to develop gallstones than men. Read on to know more:

Causes: There are a number of causes for this condition, especially in women. These causes are as follows:

  1. Intake of anti-conception medication pills, hormone trade treatment for menopause side effects, or pregnancy
  2. Fasting
  3. Malfunctioning of the gall bladder
  4. High cholesterol levels
  5. Gallstones may be created when there is excessive amount of cholesterol in the bile discharged by the liver. This bile normally separates the cholesterol and helps in the normal functioning of the liver and other digestive organs of the body.
  6. Bilirubin: Bilirubin is a substance created when your liver wrecks old red platelets. A few conditions, like cirrhosis of the liver and certain blood issues causes the liver to create more bilirubin than it ought to. This can lead to complicated conditions like gallstones.
  7. Bile: Your gallbladder needs to exhaust bile to be sound. In the event that it discharges its bile content, the bile turns out to be excessively thick which causes stones to shape.

Hye, thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height and hence your cheeks have shrunk. And of course taking tobacco is causing further drop in your health. So you need to concentrate on not only gaining health but deciding on stopping the tobacco addiction as well. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

1. Deep breathing exercise and little meditation. 2. 30-45 minutes at a stretch. 3. Uninterrupted normal walk at a stretch also reduces weight. 4. High fibers, satvic and avoiding heavy food. Lot of water. Some herbal decoctions prepared at home for stress and weight reduction.

Hello, Lybrate user, You need to go on a walk in the morning. Go for meditation to nourish your body with Oxygen to calm your nerve. Your diet be simple, easily digestible ,preferably veg. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
