Dear lybrate user, It's not necessary to take 100 grams protein. Any how if you want to take , you can take it by taking 100 grams cheese daily and boiled eggs four to five daily.

Dear lybrate-user, In order for you to gain weight, you need to eat high calorie diet and frequent meals, in case you cannot consume more food at a given time. Since you asked home remedies, I would give you some tips that are usually old fashion way of eating our Indian meals like: parantha with butter (butter will add some additional calories). Saag (Also, people like to put desi ghee/or butter to it, especially winter season). Chikki and peanuts or nut bars or protein bars in between meals are very good sources of good protein and good fat. Try to include Eggs, whole wheat, cheese, meat fish, poultry (if non-vegetarian), lentils, peanut butter, almond butter etc. Have at least 3-4 cups of milk (or distributed among different meals in forms of yogurt/buttermilk etc.), 7-8 ounces of cooked meat/fish/poultry or beans/lentils, 2 eggs, 6 servings of yellow and green vegetables that includes fruit (please ensure to use citrus fruit like orange, grapefruit, 4-5 servings or whole grain cereal like roti or brown rice. Additional foods from fats/sweets in form of desserts.

Tips for weight gain:- Meals quantity/intake should be increase. Easily digestible foods like potato and sago should be included. Eat dried fruits, sweet, fried food (serving/ day). Fluids should not be taken or with meal but only after a meal so food intake is not reduced. •Emotional well being is essential to have a good appetite. •Constipation reduces the appetite so the bowel movement should be regulated with adequate fluids, exercise and fruits. •Synthetic drinks, soft drinks alcohol, too much of tea and coffee reduces the appetite and should be avoided.

You change food habits. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, green vegetables, dry fruits, fruits, milk and milk products. Do aerobic exercises, yoga, walking will help you. Take 6 to8 hours sleep.

When we eat something, it effects the whole body. So if you will loose weight, it will gone through whole body, not only from the face. To make only the face lean, you need to do exercise. Do sprinting, start from 10 repetitions of 1 minute and gradually increase the time. Just slow down inbetween, don't take rest. Do it twice daily, It will vanish fat from your cheeks in a week only. While sprinting, put your whole efforts, it should be your max. Speed to run. And perform it in open air.

Hi, there are so many reasons for not gaining weight like 1) stress n strain 2) improper nurishment 3) lack of digestion and assimilation 4) lack of physical activities 5) lack of appetite etc. You need to find out the cause behind and try to eliminate it. You can also take ayurvedic tonics like -1) kushmanda rasayanam -1 tsp twice a day. 2) hinguwastaka churna 1 tsp mix with ghee. Take twice a day.

You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.
