If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. Weight loss can be because of various reasons like hyperthyroidism, infection like tuberculosis when you lose your appetite, hiv positive status, mental conditions like anxiety, depression where you eat less etc.

Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND 1.Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat egg, 3.Drink milk. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. 5.Use bigger plates. 6.Add cream to your food. 7.Take almonds 5-10 daily 8.Get quality sleep. 9.VIDEO consultation with us for whey protein and mass gainers.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

Your app has given you wrong data. Your BMR is about 1545 cals. Your daily cal needs based on average - sedentary lifestyle is about 1900- 2000 calories. Currently you are overweight by about 5-8 Kgs. Hence to reduce weight you should be taking in reduced calories by about 300-500. That means your daily intake of calories should be about 1500-1600 if you want to lose weight. But if you want to maintain weight you should be taking 1900-2000 cals. If you take 2789, you will put on weight by about 2-3 kgs per month. Rough distribution of nutrients would be 50% carbs, 20% fats and 30% protiens.

I guess your body's resting energy is very high that is why your body is burning all that you eat, without adding to your weight. Try eating something every 2-3 hours to avoid long periods of fasting. Eat proteins rich food to gain muscle mass. For customised diet, take consultation separately.

To gain weight one must eat a balanced diet. Do not skip any meals and eat small and frequent meal. Include wheat germ and take protein rich diet include milk and milk product, all pulses, take a cup of milk with pinch of turmeric powder, you will get proper sleep or you can take 1 banana with a cup of milk. You should do deep breathing thrice in a day.

Weight gain requires increase in calorie intake. Calories can be increased by increasing the calorie intake. Calories can be increased by consuming more food than what you are already taking. Exercise spends calories or burns calories. Exercising increases the appetite also. Thus, I would suggest you to exercise and preferably join a gym and work out under the guidance of an instructor. At the same time, nutritious balanced diet has to be taken. The protein content should be high and carbohydrates and fats should be limited. Fluids in the form of water, soups, juices should be included in the diet. Protein are building blocks of the body and are required for repair and regeneration. Thus, protein content id diet should be high.

Take proper 7-8 hours of sleep DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly. Consume peanut butter in combination with complex carbs. Lean meat, fish, chicken and eggs (IF YOU ARE NON- VEGETARIAN" Rich in protein, these foods are important for growth and development, muscle building and repair. -Be sure to eat breakfast -Eating fruits can provide you with immediate energy.-Avoid simple, processed sugars.-Incorporate foods that are rich in omega-3 into your diet.-Mineral dense foods can increase stamina - take green tea these above ways will help you boost stamina. Hi, Its better to go with diet rather than supplements as food provides you all sort of nutrients. Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg, whole milk. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. Your meal pattern should be 6 meals a day which helps you to burn any unnecessary body fat and increase your metabolism. It consists of breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid evening snack and dinner. For your post workout meal include oats with milk, paneer, skin out chicken (stewed preferably), fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), egg white, sprouts, quinoa as they all are high in protein. Consider taking olive oil, almonds, dry dates, green tea as they help you relieve your stress and build up strength and immunity. You can go with any one of the above according to your wish list. It is not necessary that you have to stick to the same regime, you can change it accordingly.
